Posada XVII, a beautifully restored 17th-century mansion, exudes charm and history. The warm hospitality of the staff, led by Caterina, made our stay in Puebla truly memorable. The cooked-to-order breakfasts each morning were a delightful way to start the day, and the included full breakfast showcased the best of Mexican flavors.The hotel's terrace and Casa Barroca bar offered a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. We visited nearby restaurants like Maizal Restaurante and El Capricho de San Antonio, but the culinary highlight was undoubtedly Posada XVII's own Mexican cuisine specialty restaurant. The dishes were a fusion of tradition and innovation, each bite telling a story of Mexico's culinary heritage.Quenching our thirst at the bar/lounge, we sipped on refreshing drinks while reflecting on the day's adventures. The attention to detail in every aspect of our dining experience, from the ambiance to the flavors, was truly commendable. Posada XVII is a gastronomic gem in the heart of Puebla, a must-visit for food enthusiasts seeking an authentic taste of Mexico.
